Michele Marut is a Principal User Researcher at Autodesk. For the past 15 years, she has been leading research to inform and enable teams to make the overall experience as easy, intuitive and delightful as possible. She has worked on hardware and software across a variety of industries (consumer, financial, and medical)at companies like Intuit, Kohler, and Respironics. At Intuit, she grew her design thinking and lean experiment skills and continues to strengthen those skills at Autodesk.
She is also active in the greater User Experience community . before moving to the Bay Area, she co-founded the Pittsburgh Interaction Design Association (IxDA) and later served as a Local Leader for the group in NYC. She is currently on the leadership team for the Sum of the Parts speaker series.
