Sandy Culver Plemmons
Martin Truex Jr. Foundation
Transitioning from the boutique advertising agency world, Sandy spent 10 years producing innovative content in print, video and digital formats for a fortune 50 Big Box retailer. When suddenly one day they decided they didn’t need her anymore.
Reinvention can come when you least expect it, but you have to be open to it. Taking all her creative energy, crazy ideas and philosophy that “no” only means “come at it from a different way” attitude lead her to the non-profit world and to NASCAR driver Martin Truex Jr.
Don’t be afraid of change – don’t be paralyzed. Be amazing.
Sandy is the mother/bonus mother of 5 adult children, wife of a tolerant man, and living a gentrified country experience on 13 acres with horses (one is a mini with a mullet) and assorted dogs and cats. If you are reading this and you happen to sit in for her energizing presentation, the answer is: Farrier – just shout it out at the right time and win a little something!
